Jay at North Lakes Mister Minit has amazing customer service. He stayed back past closing to help set up a new car key. I’ve had dealings with him before and he went above and beyond then too. Very impressed with his friendliness and work ethic.

Customer service was exceptional. Jay went above and beyond to help us with our garage door remote controls, even paying a visit to our home to help us program the new controls. We were so thankful to him for helping us like he did and would not hesitate to recommend to others. Thank-you Jay!

I had to get an unusual shaped key cut for my newly purchased e-bike. The team did their best to match the shape and let me take it saying if it fit, to then go back and pay for it (which it did) and I then got an extra key cut. Dale at the store up the big w end was super helpful. Thanks for the great customer service ☺️

Had watch battery replaced and found they put two deep scratches in the back of the watch when I arrived home (appears to be from the tool they use to take the back off). The level of care is disappointing and I obviously do not recommend.Update: contacted to advise has ordered replacement back and to contact once arrived. Have contacted to arrange suitable fitting, but there is no response for weeks now despite follow-up emails. I contacted the team who responded to this review, who seem to only care about upholding the stores ‘good reputation’ and excusing poor customer service ‘because they must be busy from running several successful stores’ - the reviews say it all.Steer well clear from this store and I hope no one gives this mob any business.

Very disappointed with the battery replacement on my Gshock. First replacement of battery since purchase and was tossing up between taking it to an actual jewler or these guys since I paid a fair buck for it. $50 for a battery and pressure test which they said needed to happen" and trusted them. Not 10 mins after leaving whole face fogged up on the inside. Took the watch back the following day and the the man behind the counter said it shouldn't do that and would have a look at it. Once called back watched them pressure test it again where we saw 2-3 bubbles come out from the rear housing and was told "that's not too many

Went to go and get my 2nd car key blade cut, showed them the key and without hesitation was immediately told they don't do eBay keys". I told them it wasn't an ebay key and I was then told it was (lol) after saying I had actually purchased it at Land Rover

Shaun went above and beyond to assist me getting a key sorted for my sons car.Exceptional service at a very ,very reasonable price .On top of everything he even helped us jump start the car with his own leads on his way home from work and in the dark ! He was cheerful ,informative and needs recognition for an amazing job done .Got us as customers for life !
