After a physical exam a GP diagnosed me with bulged L4/L5. For 10 years I’ve had various treatments (including physio) and always had pain in the background. All treatments failed.An X-ray and one session with Dr Jeremy revealed I have congenital sacralisation and after one adjustment all pain is gone and I’m moving freely without constant nerve pain in the background. My improved condition without pain has continued. I also now know what I’m dealing with and can rehab appropriately. Genuinely appreciative.Update: I have been seeing Dr Jeremy now for nearly 8 weeks and his weekly adjustments have been miraculous. For context I was a former elite athlete and back spasms and pain would see me barely able to get out of bed at times and even miss work, it was that bad. I’m annoyed I endured this for so long. Not only am I now pain free but my training intensity and loads are skyrocketing and continuing to do so. Super impressed I thought I was cooked.

Many people recommend this store. Tried online 49 special deal which should（been promised from web platform） has basic consultant and treatment？？ I just got xray referral letter and let me book next appointment. It is ok and I could understand xray will be accurated for further treatment. But please do not advertise anything if not included.

BAD EXPERIENCE, spent more than 30minutes wating in here on my rdo and was told to go home. Really DISAPPOINTED. I SHOWED UP ON TIME, FILLED THE FORM past to the reception. GO OUT to move the car for literally just TWO minutes. When i came back, no one told me that someone lined behind me was actually seeing the Dr before me. And they said they couldn't do the whole assessment for me TODAY. Or i could go home and reschedul the appointment to next time. Time is valuable and this is very UPSETTING. WILL NOT COME BACK AGAIN.First of all, I got injured in the morning and tried to canceled the booking, the guy over the phone suggested that it’s a good time of seeing a chiropractor so I came. I could have seen a gp. I trusted you and got nothing helpful but wasted time, came home with painful body.Secondly, I arrived 10minutes before the booking. The receptionist spent too much time on processing payment for another patient. I was waiting outside because of the social distance thing, and the parlor is quite small.Thirdly, I didn’t feel respect while waiting in the parlor. The receptionist didn’t tell me someone lined behind me was sent to the doctor while I was outside removing the car. I tried to explain what the situation was to the other guy and he said he didn’t understand what I just said rudely and condescendingly.I do understand how busy you guys could be. As an initial customer, I do have higher expectations. Also I do appreciate the offer of extra time on next appointment .However, it is what it is. It won’t change the fact that it is not a happy experience. And my 30mins’ waiting( for nothing ) won’t come back.

I never seen such a receptionist being that rude. Was trying to make an appointment yesterday but unfortunately due to some schedule I have had to cancel the appointment today. When I called them back, the receptionist told me they have 48 hours cancellation policy and if I didn’t come this time, they would ask me to pay extra fee???? I feel really ridicules when they told me extra fee even I didn’t come there to do any services and I did call them within 24 hrs. And Of course the rudest receptionist told me if I didn’t come, they won’t book any appointment for me again in the future, and hung up my phone directly. Thank you being that rude to lost a regular customer and I definitely won’t come back again. Also I highly suggest the owner to train your staff properly, otherwise you will lost more regularly customers again!

I was in physio for 7 months after a crash with very little progress, i visited motion wellness and was feeling better after my 3rd session. I am still going every second week and i feel much better than i did months ago.I did have one session with Katie and wasn't too impressed after already having seen Jeremy regularly for my back adjustments.Jeremy knows the bones and joints very well and i am always feeling comfortable with my movement after leaving.Also as a whole, the customer service is great.I tend to appreciate good experiences especially when it comes to healthcare.

I had been searching for a chiropractor who listened to my needs and concerns for sometime and was so grateful to find the Motion Wellness team.Dr Ted Reataza is highly skilled and it’s so great to feel like I am finally in good hands. I’m getting so much out of my treatment and recommend Ted to anyone wanting to live well.

The Chiropractor injured my neck using a massage gun which should not be used on the neck area. This caused debilitating pain requiring me to take leave from work without pay and spending an additional $95 at my physiotherapist within 12 hous of my chiro appointment. When I rang to cancel my next appointment they didn't seem interested or caring. They wanted to enforce their cancellation policy. They showed no interest in reviewing me, discussing my concerns with me or resolving this issue. Instead they hung up the phone on me. Unprofessional and have taken no responsibility for their negligence. I do not recommend this practice based on my experience. If they had been willing to resolve this issue they would have had a positive outcome and a positive review.
