Brought a car from a used car dealership, initially just wanted a standard service to prep the car before I have my first child. I had asked to have the car looked over for any other issues that it may have and Jahy was incredibly helpful with this. Not only was he able to identify a lot of issues he was also able to repair all of them the same day. What was a very stressful day was made less stressful knowing my car was in good hands. I would highly recommend this service to anyone! I will be having Jahy continue to service my car, amazing customer service I’m super relieved knowing I’m driving a safe car for me and my expanding family.

Came this morning. Booked it earlier in the week. They had enough time to get the parts. After 15 min advised we have to order the parts and mentioned other faults. Charged call out fee plus Saturday surcharge and off he went.If you don't have parts that don't just go and charge call out fee for wasting your time and others time.Complete waste of time and money.

From a normal service turning into a major oil and water leak repair, Chris did an absolutely fantastic job. From pulling the car apart, getting the parts and getting it back together on top of the service was a huge job to get done in a day. We were extremely impressed with his can do attitude and will certainly be using him and Lube Mobile in the future. Well done!

Will be taking this further with the Ombudsman. Needed a transfer case fluid change on my wifes Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was given a quote of $189.90 to replace the transfer case fluid. The mechanic came out, jacked the car up in the air, did a little walk-around the car. He spent 5 mins under the car, and most of his time standing at his Van. After an hour or so later, he advised he found a leak coming from the outer seal (transfer case) and told me he wouldn’t be able to change the transfer case fluid. He then charged me $196.33 for coming out to jack the car up and to stand at his van the whole time. I ended up paying more than I was quoted for a job that wasn’t completed. We took our car to a reputable Jeep Mechanic in Milton and they advised me the mechanic could have changed the transfer case fluid as the outer seal had no damage. I called up and spoke to the manager who advised he was going to be refunding $30!!! Avoid this mobile mechanic at all costs. There are a lot more trustworthy, honest and knowledgeable Mobile mechanics out there that won’t overcharge and rip you off just to make some easy money. First and last time I’m ever trusting LUBE MOBILE and won’t be recommending them to friends and family members. If I had read the reviews about this business prior to booking with them, I would have never booked with them or trusted them with our family car. Countless reviews on this business ripping off customers, overcharging people and the unprofessional attitude from their workers and management.

I would never recommend these mechanics. They charged my mother over $2000. Be careful, it doesn't cost these exorbitant prices to do the work they offer. Operate with caution when it comes to these people and do your research first!

Seems to end up being a extremely expensive alternative for works other than basic servicing. I got Lube Mobile out to diagnose my Subaru as the mobile service seemed convenient and to carry out a diagnostic inspection just happened to be on special. With the problem it was the car had to go to there work shop for further inspecting to pull heads off. $1600 later just to get a lot of undirect answers of a cylinder problem i got the car back with the motor in pieces. With the Subaru motors to fix what had happened i was better off rebuilding the motor at the same time to my understanding. I was advised by Lube Mobile that the only place that could do these motors was down Melbourne and would cost a minimum of $11,000. I sourced a complete motor rebuild (not exchange) with full warranty locally for $3,600 by a business that specializes in Subaru motors. It was the first and last time i would be dealing with Lube Mobile.

Maximo came out found out what the problem was & gave me a price, we then went ahead with job to which he had to order parts in, then the job was done thanks mate for telling me all about the problem & fixing it for me too.

Very satisfied with the warranty service provided by Lube Mobile. At no cost they replaced a radiator that they had installed less than twelve months ago after one of the tank fittings had broken. They also went to the trouble of sourcing and installing a new radiator fan (I was only charged for the fan itself) so that my car is up and running again without risk of overheating in the Brisbane summer. I felt very well looked after, thanks Alfonso and crew!
