Stillwell Ford

Out of nearly all the dealers on the east coast the team at stillwell ford were the only ones who seemed interested in finding me a next gen wildtrak which they followed through with. After only 3 months from order I receive my new car next week. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a new ford to buy it from them. 5 star in every aspect.

Driver side Centre console of my ford mustang was damaged by mechanics in Stilwell ford- Unley during the replacement of the driver seat under the warranty. They were completely in denial of this damage and their defence was “The damage had not been reported by our mechanics that they damaged it”. They refused to accept their mistake. How could you expect a genuine service from a 3rd class dealership like this. I’m only giving it 1 star because I don’t have an option to go any lower than that. I encourage you all to stay away from Stillwell ford Unley unless you want this kind of terrible experience in future. Well. In fact, this is not Stillwell, this is Still dishonest.Utterly disappointed.

Took my Ranger in for a service and asked them to check out a fuel economy issue at the same time, getting about 12L per 100km, they had it for a few hours and changed some things, which the lady couldnt really explain said it was good/fixed at 9.8L/100. Was charged just shy of 1000$$. Thought i would let it go through a few tanks and watch the fuel economy. No change, if anything worse. Slugged a thousand dollars for a filter change and an average service. Avoid.

The entire team at Stillwell Ford in Unley were some of the most helpful, professional and welcoming people we have ever dealt with. Karen, in particular, was just wonderful – she walked us through the entire process and never made us feel rushed or unsure. Karen listened to all of our needs and requirements in a vehicle, and went above and beyond to secure the perfect vehicle for us, and within the limited time frame we were working with. Love the service and the Suburu WRX STI I purchased is amazing as described and more so so happy and Elise and Steve who I dealt with were both so great to deal with very professional and very real people.

Had an issue with the spare wheel access. No help via phone, but after driving in and the involvement of Steve, I was sorted out. Very pleased with the outcome which turned out to be beyond fair. Thanks Steve, you renewed my faith!

Be prepared to spend a couple of hours if you are serious in purchasing another vehicle.Have your Drivers licence to ensure you are able to Test Drive. Also a Deposit to secure the vehicle you wish to purchase.If you are seeking Finance be honest and if you have a trade-in, ensure it is clean and well presented.31.07.19 I attended the Service Department to have a minor repair done on my lockable tray lid. Gary at the Service counter was friendly and helpful. Jack who serviced my vehicle welcomed me with a great smile. Everyone is friendly here, they obviously enjoy their jobs. Another reason why I won't go anywhere else.Stillwell Ford make the pleasure of owning a Ford Ranger Wildtrak even more enjoyable!

We have had a fantastic experience buying our new car from Stillwell Ford Hyde Park. Elise was amazing, she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. She was so friendly and bubbly, making the whole process feel comfortable. My partner and I have just taken delivery of a second hand Mazda BT50, from Stillwell Ford in Unley, I/We cannot commend them enough for the service we received from all staff with a special mention to Elise, she was courteous right from the beginning when we first looked at used car's in the yard. She also showed a lot of patience and did not at any time put on pressure on us to buy anything that we were not sure on and was very helpful with any questions or concerns we had, And always took the time to rely back any answers we required. It took unfortunately a bit of time to have finances sorted and it was a pleasure and a relief for us that Stillwell were sympathetic to our needs and for Elise to convey our circumstances to the Sales Manger Steve in a prompt manner and keeping us informed at all times. Brought car from from many years ago. Theymoved to Unley, all good. Always have had car sevice with them and just got it serviced with them recently, not impressed. Never had an issue but seems have new people in the service department and be honest not the best. Then all of a sudden all these new issues with my car.. mmm. Hardly drive it. Top it off recommended new wiper blades, $189 fitted, said no, thank god, as have found out i can buy myself for around $70 to $80 dollars...So telling me over $100+ to fit wiper blades that just click in... 2 minute job. This has really annoyed me as i was very happy there, but seems has been taken over by not the best people. Seems this place is now all about churn and the dollar. Will be looking to get serviced else where im afraid. Top it off I had to sit there and pay on my phone following a link they had sent me as told this was the new way. Gee amazed they didn't ask me to assist in the garage with the service. Get a visa machine, help people out. Gone are the days of customer service. Very disappointing.
