BNB Booking

We stayed at Christmas and loved the house. Bedding and facilities in the house were amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for Christmas and the local fresh produce store just around the corner had amazing ingredients. Aircon and wifi made the stay comfortable. Location was amazing for daily coffee, restaurants and public transport. It was a lovely oasis that made a long overdue family catchup possible.

Fantastic home for our family of 7. Beautiful decor, very modern kitchen and quiet. Will definitely want to book again for our next family stay in Brisbane with BNB Booking. Holly and her team were very accommodating, clear communication and we felt valued and welcomed in their property. We have already booked again for our family stay in Brisbane in 2024!

We have been with the team at bnb booking for over 12 months and the whole experience has been great. Our property has been constantly let but most importantly to us the management and maintenance of our home has been of a high standard and stress free for us.. would highly recommend

We booked the Blue Gum Rd, Noosaheads property for 10 days with BNB Booking for a much needed family trip before my husband starts his cancer treatment. Given the circumstances we splurged on this property however when you pay nearly $10k for 10 days there are certain standards that are expected and required.The house is beautiful however it has been one thing after another that I’ve had to contact BNB Booking for, and some of the issues are not acceptable.- I was charged the full cost immediately and received multiple messages about all the additional costs I could incur, but no care is taken to properly welcome guests to the property. Have a small welcome folder for arrival explaining the area, key attractions, the wifi passwords, how to use the pool cleaner, how to access the estate facilities etc. I had to keep sending enquiries because all we got was 3 sets of keys!- The listing for the house clearly states only the office is locked, the rest of the house is accessible. We arrived and someone’s car was in the garage, and was in the garage during our entire stay. When I messaged, I was asked to see if anyone was in the car!- The toilet clogged up, I was told to use the plunger, there wasn’t one, then a plumber was sent to another one of their properties 2 hours away.- The pillows were cheap and terrible to sleep on. We had to go to pillow talk and buy new pillows for each family member.- I assume the previous visitors were charged a cleaning fee which I was also to be charged. The only cleaning that seemed to have happened was changed bedding and towels and sweeping of floors.- There was cat hair everywhere inside and on the door mats.- When I wiped the surfaces the cleaning wipes were black.- The bottom of my kids socks from the floors were black.- There were stains on the doona covers.- The dishwater smelled terrible when I opened it.- We killed half a dozen cockroaches in the house.- There were spider webs all over the place.- Nothing in the alfresco had been cleaned because there were spider webs everywhere and 2 wasp nests we could see.- Lastly, the listing very clearly stated we would have access to the shared pool and tennis courts. We enquired about this multiple times and were told the previous guests had taken the fob key. No action was taken to rectify this and we did not have access to these areas for the duration of our stay.I have contacted BNB Booking 5 times since last Wednesday requesting to discuss these matters and have been completely ignored. I did however receive an email the day before check out reminding me of the additional fees and asking me to leave a 5 star review. Absolutely terrible! I would not recommend BNB Booking to anyone.EDIT: after posting this review Holly from BNB Booking offered to refund me $220 (still disregarding all the points raised) on the condition I remove this honest and accurate review. This is the type of people you are dealing with. Be aware and stay away!EDIT: Continuing the lies. No one requested a 50% refund. I simply asked for a partial refund given we were unable to access the facilities advertised for the entire 10 days of our stay. You then proceeded to bribe me with a $220 refund on the condition I remove my review. We paid nearly $10k for our accommodation and you did not try to resolve anything. It’s taken you 6 months to respond to a review and even then you do it with more lies. I’m continuing to spread the word wide on your dodgy business. I hope karma finds you!

This was the perfect house for a couple of families wanting to holiday at the Gold Coast together! Excellent kitchen, pool area and BBQ great for outdoor entertaining, amazing laundry facilities making washing and drying a breeze and even a massage chair! This beautiful house has it all. Convenient to theme parks, race track and all that the Gold Coast has to offer.

100% recommend it! Perfect location close to everything you need so allows you to just unwind relax & enjoy. Our hosts were extremely helpful in getting us in & started & also with any concerns we had & checking in to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible.The pictures really don't do the apartment justice it's amazing & soo roomy & can't beat the location... Main beach cafes restaurants bars entertainment for the kids & woollies all a stones throw away a home away from home will definitely be back. Thanks again.

BNB are so responsive and easy to communicate with, it takes the stress out of booking. The home I rented for a long weekend was beautiful, clean, tidy and well presented - exactly like in the pictures. I will be using this site again! Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay and it was exactly as had been described online. The bedrooms are big and spacious, there is plenty of living area, the kitchen is a good size and easy to work and the deck area, pontoon and pool always drew us outside to make the most of the privacy this home offers. There were a couple of kayaks that we used to paddle around the canals most afternoons and it was a great way to finish the day. We had a group of adults (on the Coast for work) and we all felt we had our own space and loved our stay. We will absolutely be booking again early next year. Thank you.

It was a lovely clean, comfortable and modern space. Very well stocked, the champagne & choccies a lovely touch! Bed was comfy and warm. Thank you so much!

Friendly host, excellent apartment, easy parking and easy walk to the beach. Dual view of ocean and river. Woolworths directly downstairs. Easy walk to Cavill mall and patrolled beach at Surfers Paradise. Would definitely return.
