Becoming connected to the Harmony Body & Mind healing centre was a pivotal turning in my life. The moment i walked into the Golden Lotus Room, to attend my first mediation, the magic was instantly awakened in my heart.If you are wanting to learn about meditation, spirituality and deepen your understanding about the body, mind soul connection this is the centre to learn from.
