The Cheesecake Shop Pendle Hill

Ordered a caramel mud for my wife's birthday because that's what she wanted not the chocolate cake that we received. My wife didn't get to enjoy her own birthday cake because she doesn't like chocolate. Even if the caramel mud was unavailable I wouldn't understand because they had my number and could have called. The chocolate cake wasn't even good. Bad cakes, worse service.

We bought a delicious cake. But the service is awful. I write this after going there several times and each time it's difficult. The workers are too busy talking to themselves, reluctant to help when asked questions, and customer service in general is missing. Next time I plan on going to another outlet, perhaps it's just this store. The cakes aren't cheap and in this economy it's sad they don't see how to add value.

Ordered a birthday cake from here, the service was great, they made the cake as we wanted and the taste was delicious. Certainly recommend this place for cakes and other sweet treats. Parking is bit tricky so better to park on the street ahead.

I highly recommend cheesecake shop Pendle hill to make the cake for your Special Celebration. Inder who is the one of the staff members over here is very professional & easy to communicate with. Customised cake that she made was amazing & beautiful as per my instructions. She did a fantastic job of customised birthday cake and was super tasty :D

This is the ONLY cake shop I will go to for my cake needs from celebrations to memorials the Cheese Cake shop Pendle hill never disappoint. Their cakes are always fresh and made with above and beyond attention to detail. No matter the occasion many always comment on how nice the cake is and ask where I got it from. I have recently moved from this area yet will still travel to the shop to get my cake. Their huge selection make it difficult to choose but no matter the cake that is selected I know it will taste amazing. Yesterday I got a candyland celebration cake for my sons pre surgery family dinner, it was celebrated by many and some initially refused to try the cake as their not cake people"

My one star is for my agreement with the taste of the cake ! Definitely good.Now the 'can be better' part - If I order a half a kilo cake, I expect a round 500 gm of cake. High expectation? Obviously, for this shop. I ordered a half kilo birthday cake and I was given a half cut cake from a 1 kg cake. Not joking! look at the pics. These guys do not ask for your permission they'd do this. NO. Instead when I call up an hour before the pickup/party, they tell me this is what they'd do. I've paid for the cake, I have a party in one hour. What do you expect me to respond?Go only if you are ordering a kg of cake or you want their pre-cut slices. Do not make the mistake I made in ordering half kilo cake.

Pendle Hill Cheesecake shop has been nothing but exceptional. I even came here for my wedding cake and have to admit they’ve done a better job than I could have imagined. I recommended this place to absolutely everybody!!!!!!

I had very bad experience with who ever was on the counter in the Pendle hill store. This second time the staff there had been rude and does not have any clue what they are doing. First time we went to order custom cake and the lady there did not any idea when the baker will come and then after calling them multiple times they gave a date and time. We went there on time given but baker did not shower up. Highly unprofessional.Cheese cake shop did an Easter promotion to encourage children to do painting. The guy in the Pendle hill store on the counter was rude to take entries instead of encouraging kids he talked rudely with my kids. I hope the franchisee manager of Cheese cake shop should train Pendle hill store to how to talk to customers and specially kids. Your whole business works around kids. I overheard this guy and picked two quarters instead of 1 the way he behaved is like I am stealing stuff in front of kids ans other customer. The situation was very embarrassing. Very disappointing service.

Perfect... is the perfect word for the cake I ordered. Inaam kindly helped me place a customised cake order, the cake looked exactly like the picture I sent him and the taste and quality was amazing too! All the guests were impressed and asking where we ordered it from. I have been ordering from them for years now and I highly recommend cheesecake Pendle Hill they provide very friendly service and are always reliable!
