These guys and especially Leo (hope I remembered that right, 40-50 yrs old!) were so professional, engaging and honest. I brought my 2015 4 series BMW coupe here to fix the front lower left bumper as someone had reversed into it and scraped it deep with their metal wheel rim.They were ready for a short notice quote and were ready to get the car in at short notice.They didn't half arse the job as the front bumper had to be taken off to sand back the area to fill it all in and paint. An easier and visually (for the time being) same job without taking the whole bumper off would have cost 1/3 the price, if that. I know a bit, but on face value, I wouldn't have known if they did it. Bloody great job, can't tell the difference from new.Noting this type of car, they could have tried to fix me up with a shotty job for an easy buck. No chance here, everyone there and the other jobs they were working on, as well as the way I was interacted with; exuded competence, not arrogance.As much as it sounds like I an blowing wind up their arse, it is the truth. Thank you so much for doing a great job and taking pride in it.They were so proud of their work when I went to pick up my car; they took me back to show me the pictures of how they decided to take the entire bumper off and what they did after in order to get it up to standard. This is what it means to have standards and feel pride in your work. This isn't easy to find

Les and the guys at bayside helped me alot when my car was smashed into and was wrecked.They really looked after me From start to end which really put my mind at ease,i was always kept up to date with any changes that were needed and they organised a hire car for me within 15min of arriving.more auto repairers should opperate as smooth as the guys at bayside smash repairs do.I highly Recomend using baysides services you wont be disapointed.
