The food is really consistent, always fresh and great service. We go here regularly and have only had an issue once. We were overcharged and when alerted to it they immediately sorted it out. Prices are reasonable. Containers are always packed full!

This restaurant has gone DOWN HILL in the last year. Most of the Aussie girls behind the counter have absolutely no idea what is going on. When you ring to make a complaint they ask you what you want them to do about it. Food was always really good but recently has turned terrible. I wasn’t going to post this but after my family ordered from there on Friday night and had horrible service and food I think everyone should be aware that they will literally serve you a snail in your meal and only refund you for that meal and not your whole order. Absolutely disgusted in this service. If a customer finds something like this in their meal a full refund should be offered. Will never be eating back there again.

Great Chinese cuisine. The food was delicious and the service is top notch. We ordered the banquet and the servings were generous. A nicely renovated building with very friendly and welcoming staff who sign you in promptly. The seats were comfortable and clean amenities. We will definitely be going back to this place, highly recommend the fish!

I can't comprehend how this cafe has got 4.5The lady at the counter that I ordered the food with had not a single idea of what is on the menu, so in the end she messed up our order, which is probably also on me (i should have checked).But the food that we ordered was just so much below the standards:- Clearly ordered flat rice noodles with chicken and vegies and was given fried noodle chips with vegies instead- chicken was half-raw and just disgusting- Laksa on the menu should never have been named Laksa - it lacks half of the ingredients that it is supposed to haveWhen I called them and complained, they just laughed in reply and told me they don't know what to do. Lol what? Customer service has been around for hundreds of years - how can you not understand simple concept of how to work with unhappy customers.I basically flushed $50 down the toilet as all the food from the cafe is just inedible. Never every I want to eat here again.

Very disappointed in the customer service. Have been going to this restaurant for over 20 years & never complained (I never complain in general). Spent almost $200 on takeaway last night that I picked up. When I got home I found that there was a mistake with my order (2 dishes were wrong). Called to let them know & to ask for a credit. I was shocked that they did not accept any responsibility and expected me to drive back to exchange the incorrect dishes and additionally they wanted me to pay extra as the other dish is ‘more expensive’. Terrible customer service. No, I was not going to drive all the way back there in the middle of birthday celebrations (that’s why we spent so much money on your food) to fix your mistake. I am happy to take my business elsewhere.
