Vinnies Browns Plains

I was denied access to using a restroom at 8 months pregnant and whilst I was with my young child. Although, I realise there are no public toilets onsite, I feel human decency could override. I was told I needed to drive to the town centre instead. I then went to a restroom almost soiling myself and in such discomfort and then returned to the store where my young child then said they were busting to go (Mum life). I was forced to take him out the front to urinate in the bush. Disgraceful! I phoned to complain and Sue the 2IC who refused me access to the toilet said she didn’t realise I was pregnant, I was wearing a fairly tight t-shirt and am of thin build and it is very obvious! Even if I wasn’t pregnant, having a young child should be reason enough to let someone use a restroom. Further, my child was told off for playing with Lego in store. You are an op shop for god sake! I was told the manager would phone me back and they haven’t bothered.

Love this op shop! It is well-organised by types of clothing and size which makes it easy to find what you want. Definitely worth a visit!

Since the new change around its very bright and clinical, stopped shopping here a few months back, not alot of stock in to look at in the way of clothesSylvia is a real sweetie and very friendly.

I like this one . I’ve come across heaps of bargains , especially on clothes ! I visit about once a week .

Did not feel welcome staff member did not seem friendly like she did not really want to serve me acted like was wasting her time.

I love Vinnies at Hillcrest I visit once a week the volunteers are so friendly and helpful the prices are very good and such beautiful stock to search through its also a very clean and open space shop always something different to see and they sell furniture too recommend anyone who loves a bargain and op shops to make time to vist

Tried calling your office number keeps going straight to messagebank, just wanted to know the best time to drop bags of clothes off.

Prices are cheap. Personally I enjoy the chatter and laughter coming from the ladies as they sort through donations It really makes for a positive and friendly atmosphere.Everything is nice and open plan there are very distinct sections so you don’t miss anything by overwhelming clutter.
