I visit nearly everyday to purchase smokes. I enjoy the social aspect and the fact that prices for the smokes i buy are very competitive. Its worth joining the Cignall Club. The staff are ALWAYS friendly, polite, courteous and professional. I dont only purchase smokes but I have purchased birthday presents, other type of novelty items for my house, card games for party nights, qwerky items for cooking. Thank you to ALL the lovely staff members, guys and gals that have served me, its always a pleasure seeing you each time. Certainly a place worth visiting, for all those needs.

Very disappointed...why are the staff always out the back of the store? I have to call out to be served! When I'm finally served your employee is usually lacking in knowledge or couldn't care less..You regularly advertise for staff (every 2 months at least) asking for uni students or mature aged persons..and still you advertise...I've applied 6 times with all the requirements... please re-assess your recruitment process...and your training and assessment of your staff..

Over priced Tobacco!!Do the research peoples.Went in asked packet 40's gone up again in price $60.50 (and no stock).Went to Woolies $58.50(in stock) normally get from iga $56.50.Tobacconists aren't wholesale type stores anymore, mostly more expensive than supermarkets (except iga) and they don't price match.Shame Shame Shame CignallAnd the older lady behind the counter could be friendlier if you don't like your job then don't work there.
