Very pleasant experience searching for and eventually buying a new mattress from Mattress Studio Darwin. Having shopped around elsewhere, I was pleasantly surprised to find the staff here didn't revert to hard sell tactics, rather gave me the necessary details and stepped back to let me make up my own mind. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and the delivery also went smoothly.

After lots of research finally found a really good mattress which satisfied my expectations.Unfortunately, website doesn’t have much information, but one of the staff said they are currently working on it. Worth to pop in to the store before making a decision.Must say that the staffs are excellent.

Their 5 star review is well deserved! Exceptional customer service from the showroom floor to the delivery team! Our company purchased 6 mattresses, headboards and bases from Mattress Studio to furnish a corporate house. Two of the mattresses did not work out and they gladly worked with us to resolve the issue. Our family just decided to buy a new Queen size matress after 7 years. First time we've been in MSD today, and we're impressed. My husband & I appreciate the staff that he has enough knowledge to discuss about the info in each matress we've tried to look at it even lying down on it. He showed with a demo photos while we tried & feel it. From only one we supposed/plan just to buy a Q.size matress we decided additional kids bed & pillows. Happy customer & highly recommended the best Mastress Studio Darwin.
