Unreasonable quote excessive labour took forever to come back with quote and they survive on call out fees

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - They are scammers and thieves. Come to unblock a basin & end up charging old people $30K for $10K of work which wasnt even needed. If you dispute it, they take you to VCAT. 10 hours substandard, non-compliant work but charged more than 2 weeks work. They use subcontractor plumbers that do non-compliant work. The owner's licence has been suspended for doing this more than once by VBA and Master Plumbers. They are ghosts. NO address or landlines. They are all in Canberra and are ghosts. Google VCAT and their name & Your Local Plumbing Group and you will run a mile. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

These guys are extortionists. Avoid at all costs. They will ask for a call out fee. Pretend that they got to your place. Ask about 5x the normal price for the stuff then you have to pay the call out fee and they will hassle you till the cows come home. They should be charged for this stuff.
