Had a screen replacement done on my surface pro. On getting the device back, I noticed a dob of glue on the edge of the screen. I lifted the glue off and found that a chip had come out of it during installation. In the weeks that followed, cracks ran across the screen from the chip. The store refused to accept the cracks were the result of their poor workmanship and refused to replace the screen. They also apparently used a non-genuine part that adversely affected my battery life. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Steer clear!

Avoid this place!Got phone screen repaired and now my front camera is dirty on inside and looks very poor. Also the proximity sensor no longer works so when I make a phone call the phone goes completely black and will not change even when I take my ear off it doesn’t register. I cannot end the phone call or access anything until I tell the other user to end the call.

Don’t trust this company. First hey quoted me the wrong offer price. Then they took over 3 days to respond so they could try to make me pay for the return label. And they still haven’t responded and they still have my iPad and I have not been paid. This company will take your products and not pay you. They take a long time to respond if they ever do.This is a scam!

Quick and efficientA breakage on my iPhone X required front and back glass replacement, which I knew weren’t going to be cheap. The dude at DFO was upfront about timeframe and cost, which I appreciated. Phone was back, repaired within ten days and with a twelve month warranty on materials and workmanship.

If you're ever heading in to this shop I highly suggest you talk to the young man with tattoos. He knows what's what and what's not. If you're ever unsure on a product or have an issue with your device he is the guy to talk too. He has revived and fixed many devices for me over the years and once again yesterday has saved my business time and headaches. His knowledge of the products, options and approach from when I walked in the door to when I leave is always A1.

DO NOT BUY or use this company to REPAIR your phone. My daughter paid for a new iPhone screen plus a screen protector but the screen protector was NOT Installed, which she assumed it was. So she was most surprised when she dropped her phone and the screen cracked thinking it was OK as the protector could be replaced but then discovered she'd been duped out of a protector. On returning to the store to complain, that if the protector had been installed in the first place her screen wouldn't have cracked!! This company decided they would NOT replace her cracked screen, only reimbursing for the absent screen protector. So there is very little joy in this outcome for some technician's SHODDY WORK.Whatever you do,DONT USE THEM!

I bought a macbook here which had to be repaired twice. Finally I asked them to get the money back because being honest I don’t trust them anymore.You just need to see how they treat the products and how they grab the screen of the computer without any care.I only have good feedback for Rena, who always helped me and tried to find a solution.But I have to say that the service is awful and that I will never buy here again or recommend it.

Great service. Went in to get my charging port replaced, which I have had done before which cost $100 for an iPhone 6. The young guy who possibly owns the place had one look and told me it just needs a clean. Which he did on the spot and no charge. Could have easily done the repair and I wouldn’t have questioned it. I did spend some money there which I didn’t plan to, but they have some very handy things.Great business sense in a challenging time for all of us.Keep up the great service
