Highly unprofessional. No explanation or apology for missed appointments x 2 which was very inconvenient (missed work, childcare arrangements, cost me money). No response to telephone enquiries asking for an explanation.

SBS did an outstanding job on our recent Bathroom renovation! Liz, Mark and Troy were all amazing to deal with from start to finish. Liz really has done an incredible job with the design and was very patient despite my partner and I being quite particular. We will most certainly be back when it's time to do the ensuite! 10/10 !

Liz Staynor managed my bathroom renovation superbly. Nothing was too much trouble, costing was straightforward and she welcomed change after change as I worked through what I wanted with her. Every tradesperson who came to work at my home was friendly, professional and on schedule, and the standard of work was faultless. I wouldn't change a thing about the finished bathroom. I am looking forward to our next project. Don't hesitate!

Mark and Liz were an absolute delight to deal with throughout the entire process, always prompt with quotes and responding to questions as well as providing a wealth of knowledge on products and designs. When it came to installation the tradesmen were on time, courteous and made sure our home was left in a better state than when they arrived.
