Tried to purchase a property through two of their agents. They were not interested in talking. We put forward an offer and continued to follow up, however got no response. Seemed that they were keen on an easy sale rather than getting the best price for the seller. Would not recommend.

The؜ best communication I have ever experienced with a Real Estate agentAfter our new house was indefinitely delayed we were left without options for accommodation. After dealing with several agents with little to no communication or follow up , we found Jasmine Davis advertising a house in her area. We had secured the property within 24 hours mainly due to her diligence and communication. I would have no hesitation in recommending or using her services again. An enormous asset to Place Kangaroo Point and someone other Place agents should copy.

Brilliant Service. Our recent unit purchase 902/23 Bouquet Street south Brisbane through Place Real Estate agents at Kangaroo Point was amazing and transparent. A shout out to Melindah Berrett who is now managing the property is exemplary with the service provided with arranging new tenants and the house keeping. We are extremely grateful and we know we are in good, professional hand.

Avoid for Property Management!After beginning with professional property managers who were professional and responsive, Place KP promoted their high achievers into their sales team and left me with duds as their replacements. They managed my property for 2 years and we had 5 property managers. Place KP allowed one set of tenants to leave without cleaning the house, doing the gardens and leaving the place smelling like a wet dog and they returned the full bond and ticked off every part of the exit report as being in perfect condition. I then had to fight with the new tenants for the next 12 months who wanted compensation for Place KP’s incompetence. I ended up having the pay them $4600 in compensation via QCAT and Place KP would only compensate me for the management fees I paid during the time the property manager that they sacked was looking after the property which equated to $1600, leaving me $3000 out of pocket. They didn’t take any responsibility. The closest I got to any apology was “I’m sorry you feel that way.” Avoid having them manage your rental at all costs. All they care about is the commission from selling properties.

Our property was a small one bedroom unit which another agency could not sell it, however Michael and Corey could sell it off market without any cost for us AND they behaved like they are selling a multi million dollar property.well done guys.
