I frequently get a seized or locked back from manual labour or either sitting at the office desk all day. Dr Nicole Ritchie has made a very comprehensive assessment and is the most professional chiropractor at performing spine alignment and adjustment. Dr Kimberley McCarthy is such a great addition to the Chiro & Co team in offering dry needling also. Chiro & Co is a five star winning team

i had not slept for 3 nights. I was reluctant to go to a chiropractor due to experience thirty years ago.I had one treatment from Nicole, problem solved, happy camper.Nicole did NOT try and get me to sign up for regular treatments!

Nicole is great! She fit me in when I had an emergency issue and I felt brand new walking out after nearly crying from sitting in the waiting area. She also has given me exercises and recommends suitable time frames if you are looking for maintenance options. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Nicole and Kim are amazing, it’s very hard to put into a review on google how good my back feels after their amazing work.I have been seeing Nicole and Kim for chiropractic treatments for years now.I go to Chiro & Co. at least once a month to keep my back and neck on track and as I previously said the results are amazing.Definitely recommended, local people and amazing chiropractors!
