Rafael and his team are amazing ! I had worked with 2 other people and they only made the issue worse after dealing with Rafael it felt like I was working with a family member. His passion for his job and heart is there ! Which is rare to see these days nonetheless he got the job done quickly and efficiently which no one else could even deliver at at all Bravo ! Used this company for an end-of-lease clean almost 2 years ago. They did a good job and the man was both professional and personable. This is why I attempted to use them again. I sent an online enquiry to them asking if they can remove dog urine smell from a section of my carpet, and they replied with booking information. I assumed this meant they could accommodate my issue. When they arrived I was told that it would be difficult to remove. I asked why they booked me in then, and the guy said he didn't know. As they were already here I got them to clean the carpet, and also another area with a few makeup stains on it. Unfortunately, neither of the issues were rectified. Though the guys were really sweet, they could not do the job I asked for. I complained to head office asking why they would book me for something they knew they could not attend to, and all I got was them trying to compensate by wanting to send the guys around again. Why? They can't fix the problem! Good company for a basic clean but not great for removing stains. Will not be using them again. :(

I wish I had the opportunity to experience the quality of service others mentioned. After waiting an hour or so I made contact with Al who advised me my job had been cancelled. I would have liked to know why and by whom. Turns out if you don’t answer your phone immediately they cancel the job. I clarified that I would be home at the agreed time, I was at home and even replied to the text message sent which said “I will be there at 1:30pm”. It was very disrespectful that they did not tell me my job had been cancelled. Al did not even ask to reschedule. I rang head office even though the lady who answered was very polite and offered to make another booking I wouldn’t use this service.

Very happy with the service. Peter's just been here and finished the job. He had lovely manners, an eye for detail and he's done an excellent job. Thank you, Ana

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ANYWHERE ELSE!These guys know what they are doing I had several other people try to a do a job that said my whole carpet needed to be replaced after they made it even worse. Rafael said no worries I will fix it and he did just that ! Honestly I cannot thank you enough! Give these guys a call you will not regret it !
