Horrible service.Firstly, i called up to order a couple of pizzas and they quoted me a cheaper price than what it actually turned out to be. About an hour later i drove down to pick them up and the people behind the register told me that it would be ready in 5 minutes. After 20 minutes i was getting fed up, so i walked over to the register and asked when it would ready and they told me that it had been sitting on top of the oven for about 15 minutes. And on top of all that they didn't even give me my drink that i paid for. I would strongly advise against this place.

My family has bought from here for many years and the pizzas were great. However the last few times the pizzas have been lacking, the dough is too think and Vegetarian is basically just cheese - few olives and tomato and one piece of capsicum per slice. For the price, it’s just not worth it anymore. The supreme has so much meat- not much veg at all. Won’t be back anymore.

Absolutely terrible from start to finish. Ordered over phone and they had messed it when we were in store. Missing 1 pizza. Pizza was bland and flat. No flavour and no taste. Would not recommend this place until changes are made.

Use to be great pizzas,not now!Dry,burnt, not cut.We were starving after driving all day from Brisbane otherwise I would have taken backThe young girls were complaining about customers asking questions while I was waiting very unprofessional

Pizza arrived cold and upside down/ mashed. Had been rebuilt by driver after it fell on the floor of his car.Pitt town pizza replied with ‘not our problem’I like to support local but will never use this pizza shop again, will also advise everyone I know to steer clear

I can't fault their pizzas they have never failed but tonight I got pasta. Holy wow, terrible. I have no idea what I put in my mouth but I would never get pasta from here again. Now hungry and poorer from the experience

I used to love this place and have been a customer for years(ever since in opened) but sadly I had the worst pizza every on Friday night. The staff were more interested in their eye brows than getting the order correct. The Pizza was dry very little cheese not what we ordered. I did complain to the staff the following day and I don't think they took it seriously. Need to look for another place.

Go some place else, like Aldo's. They're much better; even Domino's is better and that's saying something. I ordered a BBQ meat lovers and a supreme, which I deeply regret. The tomato base on the supreme was tasteless with no flavour. The BBQ sauce on the meat lovers was non-existent and the drinks were warm. Never again!

Very tasty pizza dough. Most toppings taste really good on the pizza but the only thing I dislike are the anchovies which taste a little bit to bitter and strong compared to tiger anchovies overall highly recommend tasty pizza and good customer service

Pizzas taste good thats all. Staff are too young and maybe just need training! But 10 mins just to order five pizzas and explain myself many times is too much.... then send hubby pick up my order to get it home missing a pizza to call and ask....they say its there send hubby again and he comes back with the wrong pizza to call them again to say they never made the right pizza???? But they made it finally (the right pizza) and it was ready in 10 mins with a free garlic bread. Thank you however terrible experience.
