Had my hair washed and shampooed the massage of my head was very relaxing good hair cut and blow dry used the app could check on waiting time quick and easy

Had an issue earlier and Oliver the owner sorted it out very professionally. Can confirm that Just Cuts is dedicated to giving a great experience. Renae looked after me very well, was very attentive and gave a great haircut. Would be going back for my next cut.

My granddaughter really wanted her hair shortened . Despite , what a wonderful job they did .

Always have a quick, easy and enjoyable experience here. The ladies are usually quite friendly and genuinely interested in giving you the look you want. $35 for a style cut with no appointment (only had to wait 15mins) is always good for someone like me who can be pretty lax when it comes to hair cuts.

Went in and asked for some face shaping soft bangsThe lady gets mens shaving clippers and hacks my bangs into choppy blocks and said she did this for “a soft look”. I asked her to thin it out a bit and it was the opposite of what I wanted.I didn’t bother asking her to fix it for the third time as it was already too short in length to be stuffed up againShe then said “I bet your glad we didn’t do what you initially asked for”???On top of this, when another nice lady was about to charge me to pay , she asked the lady who cut my fringe if it was just a fringe cut, and the lady huffed and said no a style cut, and I had to speak up and say to the nice lady that it was only a fringe cut ($12 as to $30)Not a good experience..

They did such a wonderful job with our 3 year old, very warm and welcoming. It was a bit pricey because it was weekend rates but we didn't mind as It was his first haircut. He handled it so well with the help of Hannah and got to watch bluey on their tablet so he was very happy.They also give you a guarantee if your not completely delighted with the cut and style you just bring back your receipt within 7 days and they will help take care of it.We will definitely be coming back

I have never had a worst haircut in my life, I’m a hairdresser and just can’t believe that someone can do such a bad haircut.. not only did she take off 5 inches when I asked for 1 inch, it is so uneven. I have not been able to wear my hair down since and won’t be able to for at least a year till it grows out.

Service was good however much better value for a basic hair cut in the Tuggerah Westfield centre at either La Allire Hair dressers or Stylz cutz hair dressersAlso the wait time blew out from the quoted 30 to 35 minutes to over 60 minutesStaff were apologetic for the wait time though and hair cut was good
