On The Spot Mobile Technician

Terrible service.. dodgy dishonest & rood. Promised to install a genuine screen to my Samsung phone . Instead he installed an aftermarket . Screen gets stuck all the time since we got the phone back . Called the shop they refused to do anything about it they said the phone might be faulty . The phone was in perfect working order prior to the screen breaking. Took the phone to another 2 repairers and they both confirmed that the new screen is an aftermarket hence why it's not functioning properly. The dodgy repairer from on the spot shop promised a 1 year warranty .. but now after 1 day he's not willing to solve the issue. Stay away from this dodgy guy

Worst place ever never go there even if no one else can do it!!!!Went to get a iPhone 13 fixed and he told me $70-300 and then ended up charging me $280 even though it was simple fix which other people told me $150.After a few days, the phone started to glitch and had ghost touch I called him and he said he won’t fix it and ended the call I’m my face even though it was his fault.Ended up taking it to another repairer which said the job was bad and he didn’t do it good.Which charged me $150 to do it.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. After I went to fix my iPhone screen he advised me to replace an original screen with the cost of $85 and three times in the row I had to go back to him due to the camera not working and screen freezing. After all that he damaged my home button and apologised about it and he promised to replace new one with new screen but ended up replacing the home button with a used one .

Friendly and honest service. Took my ipad in which wasn’t charging. Luke initially quoted $70 advising he may need to change battery after opening up iPad. Picked up ipad 2 days later and price was only $40. Luke provided new charger cable and charged the ipad advising good to go. Highly recommended technician who can repair a wide range of gadgets

First time using thier service and would not go there again. They were paid to put on a glass screen protector on my phone which was completed poorly, as the glued use to stick the glass screen protector on when over the sides of my phone into my buttons which I was not able to use until they took the glue out. Afterwards bubbles started to form in the screen, the screen protector was still in tact however there were multiple air bubbles. I went back so that they could fix thier mistake however they informed me that I would have to pay another $40 to put the screen protector on with good glue. The screen protector should have been put on with good glue the first time, customers should not have to go back and pay extra for a service that should have been provided in the first place. If they make this many mistakes putting on a screen protector then how do you expect them to fix a broken phone. If you can't provide a service to customer satisfaction then why are you in this business.

Amazing!!! Have repaired all my mobiles for over 5 years. Just repaired my S21 who samsung said was irrepairable. I highly reccomend this business for service, workmanship and genuine people wanting to help. Thank you!!!

Very happy with service, had my daughter screen replaced on the spot, cheapest in the area but quality was very good. Had to go back as volume wasn't working properly, he fixed it on spot no charge. Will use again when needed.Not only great service on phone repairs but had a smashed computer screen that no where could fix, but On The Spot Mobile was not only able to fix but was able to fix at an really good price.Thanks
