Premier Pilates

Zoe is a wonderful physio and pilates instructor. Particularly recommend for antenatal appointments

I've been doing clinical pilates here for a few years and have also seen a few of their physios in that time, am really happy with quality of instructors/practitioners and of the studio. There's plenty of equipment, most of it recently renewed or upgraded, a great class booking app and the teachers mix expertise with a light hearted approach to improving health and fitness.Try and get into one of Venus's class. As well as knowing an insane amount about muscle mechanics and movement in general and what each of her students need, she gets results and makes training lots of fun!

I have been totally satisfied with my Pilates classes. I have had a variety of instructors and each of them has been attentive, professional, caring and fun. The maximum of 4 in a class allows the healthcare professional to formulate a program that ideally suits the client.

Zoe is an excellent physio and pilates instructor. Literally feel like a new person! Massive balance, posture and general fitness/strength improvements! Love being here.

Excellent service

I Have been attending Pilates for over a year. I have also been to a couple of sessions with the Osteopaths. I have come on leaps and bounds with my twisted pelvis injury. The guys really take an interest in your personal circumstances and tailor your recovery accordingly. Special mention to Venus for making the classes fun. The classes are great. Recovery can be a slow, gruelling process and she makes it feel less of a chore. Keep up the good work guys.

I have lower back issue from prolonged sitting at work and ever since I started with Premier clinical pilates, which is 5 months ago, I feel much better, much flexible, able to sit longer without pain.Both, Chris and Venus are very experienced instructors, nice, friendly and actually care for well being of their patients. I also had really good experience with their myo and physio therapists at Fitzroy North clinic.I would highly recommend Premier Pilates to anyone who has even slight problems with their back.

Premier Pilates have proven to be a great asset in my recovery from a knee injury. I was originally booked in for surgery but after months of Pilates classes this is no longer necessary. Thank you Premier Pilates!!!

Today, marks 6 months since my lower back surgery. When started my Pilates classes, 2 months ago, I was stiff, weak and frightened. Thanks to amazing team from Premier Sports and Spinal clinics and Premier Pilates I feel stronger, more mobile and confident in my recovery.Both studios in Fitzroy North and Thornbury are really good with an excellent equipment. Instructors and physios have a very supportive approach to working with the clients. The small group classes mean that you get regular attention that's tailored specifically to your own needs.Venus, Studio manager is a amazing instructor, her classes are engaging and motivating; she knows the just right amount of challenges you need.I'm looking forward to continue exercising with you guys!
