Awesome atmosphere. Staff were nice and made good beers. Smokalicious were their cooking, which made an awesome lunch.

My mate and I turned up on a Saturday night around October 2022 and took awhile to cotton on to the amateur stage singers and everyone else wearing Hawaiian shirts - only after we had paid for our beers. Almost immediately we were told by the barmaid that we had 'gatecrashed' a ticketed event. We explained that we had seen no sign coming in and no one had told us when we paid for our beers. She told us that 'the owner says that we will have to pay for tickets if we wish to stay and have our drinks'. We explained that we couldn't drink legally outside the venue to which she nonchalantly shrugged. We left disgusted. Our beers still there.

Parked our car in the parking lot over night and slept in it. Nice area out back. Typical local bar and restaurant. Generous portions, food was okay, decently priced. Toilets are good, no showers.

You just have to stop and camp overnight here. Plenty of room out back, awesome views and toilets accessible after hours. The best bit is in the pub, food was great, staff were amazing, ( remembered your drinks after first round), the locals and staff made you feel like this was your local. Frankie met us on way in to tell us where to park and that they had live music that night. Music was fantastic. Good old fashioned hospitality and fun.

So glad we stopped in here tonight.Easy going atmosphere in the pub. Exceptional food (Steak and a Parmy - just the way we like them) and friendly, welcoming service from the bar/kitchen staff.Camping area is nice and level, toilets clean and tidy!Will absolutely be back when up this way again!

Went in for a drink with my missus to catch up with some of her friends, ended up staying over and having great nights Craic! The owner was super welcoming and very friendly. Free pool table , great music and the food was lovely. And free camping ! Thanks Frank your a legend see you next time :)

Absolutely great experience! Came here on a Friday night, needed a place to stay the night. The owner was very welcoming and directed us to the little camping ground behind the pub. We had a drink with the locals, live music and everyone was super friendly and up for a chat. Great roadpub with awesome 'Aussie' experience!Would absolutely recommend!
