Very poor costumer service. I went there to change my car key plastic cover and asked the price prior to the replacement and the staff told me it's $17. When I came back they asked for $70. When I asked the reason they told me that they changed the battery and minted a new key which was completely unnecessary and the price that they changed was so high for such a service. When I told them that I don't want this key and give me my key their response was so rude.So unprofessional.

My wife purchased a steel mug from this place yesterday and requested that the guy called Steven engrave a few words on it. Came back to collect and instead of the letter V he engraved the letter Y. When this was pointed out to him, he started to berate me and swore at me and threatened me. I don't think he is suited for this role, so think twice about going to this place to get your job done.

Went there to get a watch battery replaced and come back 30 mins later as requested, only to find my watch face completely smashed.Then Steve continued to tell me that it was already cracked, which was wrong.My watch face was fine and I have pictures to prove this. Over a week now and still no response as to what's happening to fix the watch. Not happy at all. Atleast some communication regarding would be appreciated. Avoid this business, not professional at all!

Was having issues with a remote car key not working for push button start vehicle. After being completely dismissed by Hyundai and told I required a new key fitted - I stopped in and asked if they might be able to see if the battery was the issue. Not only did they fix the battery, they gave me a bunch of information I didn’t know about my vehicle and what to do if things went wrong again - unlike my local dealership. Super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.

had a problem with my car remote not working , initially paid and changed the battery but made no difference ,; store attendant then actually came to my car in the carpark to assess situation; cheerfully refunded my money i had paid for the new battery .Great customer service indeed - store manager was most helpful and suggested taking it to the auto electrician.Highly recommend this store for their business ethics - i will be a returning customer from now on!

My mum went to fix her handbag strap and the staff were so rude - gave a ripped up $5 note and when she didn’t want to take it and asked for another one, he was passive aggressive, threw it at her and said that she wasn’t from Australia and she should go back to China. She then spent 15 minutes waiting at the bank to get the note exchanged and then when she walked back past the shop he yelled “welcome to Australia”. Horrible rude staff

I went for a key cut there and it cost $9. To me that's very over priced for a single key cut. Bunnings cut keys for $4. I understand that you need to pay rent and staff for your business, but $9 for key cut for 5 second job is a highway robbery. Avoid this place at all cost.

Watch came back bent at the wrist and battery was still not working. The guy berated and mocked us when we requested for him to fix this or refund us the money. Proceeded to curse at us and threw our watch on the table telling us to leave. I suggest you do it yourself than to go to this place for anything!

Come today to this place the guy there charged me $2.50 dollars per each whole (I had 3) on my belt. Almost the price that I paid for the belt. I told him: see you never ever again, and I replied: Do you know how many people in the world? Not many in Carlingford I replied. If you have the chance to avoid this place do it. Hopefully Google is powerful tool and will reach and help people at least in Australia.
