I drove through and while I’m waiting to pick up my orderThe guy who was packing my food was vaping!!! This happened on Monday 24th of April 2023 is even vaping allowed!!I am pregnant and I don’t like someone vaping around my food

I came on Friday night and I was served by two young ladies, the attitude was horrible and the customer was non existing. Someone should seriously look into their customer service and provide additional training.

Disappointed regularly as they seldom have full chickens whenever I drive through. Restaurant is always clean. Food is always good. Chips are always fresh. Best fast food joint in the country. Just need to work out their fresh chicken par levels a bit better, as I have heard from countless others that it's not only me who misses out.

Unbelievable, absolutely atrocious! a bunch of kids running the show! kept having to repeat myself over and over again, came through cause my initial order was incorrect, drove to the window 3 of them come to the window one spoke the others just stood there like sardines watching! no idea how to communicate. To the management/owner you cant have teenagers running your business! You need an adult or authority to supervise the shift! from what I could see inside was just kids having a hang out session taking your business for a joke!

Horrible customer service. The manager is extremely rude on day duty.Asked for a specific burger that you can only buy on Uber different menu to Oporto sounds dodgy.

Service and meals are good. I like the serviet & refresher towel & fork and spoons in basket on every table. Generally clean, parking is always available.

Very good, attentive consistent serviceThe main highlight point of this Oporto is that every single time they are consistent in producing fresh and tasty burgers, you can tell that this is a well run operation.Kudos to the gentleman on the drive through for his friendly service that never missesI have written this review as I regularly visit this particular Oporto and will be back many more times
