Perth Radiological Clinic

I had 2 joint injections done recently at PRC Wexford. I must say the back room staff were just fantastic. The radiologist were the best and so were his helpers . I will recommend PRC Wexford to anyone.Well Done all the back room staff and the Radiologist. Thank you for the painless injections.

Shiela the receptionist was so rude with disgusting behaviour. She was sarcastically laughing at me. Sheila did not help me with my appointment. I was calling them prior as I was in the location but couldn’t find this place for my appt. When I got in, I was 3-5 mins late and shiela said we cannot see you anymore. I took off from my work and drove 30+ mins to get to this place and she was so rude. She is an elderly women - perhaps going through menopause. Not sure why she isn’t retired yet. It is pathetic that she is first point of contact with patients. Perhaps she would be considered for just coffee round for the staff role. She ruined my day. I hope her day was also ruined. And yes, Shiela did cancel my appt. I had to just walk out and it was a waste of day. I don’t recommend this location and if you do end up going there, avoid lining up in front of Sheila. She is an elderly with male grey haircut. The supervisor was great though. After Shiela laughed at me, I couldn’t talk to her anymore so I asked for the supervisor. She just offered to rebook because by then Shiela wasted 20 mins of my time.

This clinic should be shut down look at PRCs reviews across the board, just a money making front. Staff are a discrace and rude beyond belief using any excuse to turn patients away rather than doing their job. Someone needs to remind them they work in the health care sector..

My husband had an appointment but they refused to do it just because my husband told them he have slight cough when the receptionist ask him. He tried to be honest but they wanted him to get covid test first and then my husband tried to explain that its not what they thinking. There's no case of covid in WA .. and He's been to the doctor two days ago and been to your other branch at Myaree for Xray since they fullybooked at Myaree they sent him at murdoch and they still refused, they even tried to tell us he doesn't had the appointment at the Xray at Myaree luckily the other staff is kind enough to show this KYM that he indeed had an appointment at Myaree because that kYM INSISTED that he didn't. Plus the staff who talked to us gave us this kind of attitude like irritated. My husband is their patient who supposed to be taken care of thats why they are health workers if you can't assist a person who struggling to get the result done just so he knows what is his condition. If you truly care for your patients health you should atleast considerate the time and effort knowing that two days ago he's been to the doctor and at your Myaree's branch Xray. I am so disappointed cause now the stress of thinking if hes okay or not will be longer for us to know . May you never experience this kind of treatment one day in your life.

I had a facet joint injection on wed 25th January at 13:20 and i have to i never experienced such a wonderful service, the staff where so lovely in particular one of the techs there and unfortunately I cannot remember her name. I was very nervous about this injecton but the staff and the Dr who did the injection where amazing. Thank you

Attended last week the lady on reception was friendly and polite. Waited for my appointment and was shown to the room for an Ultrasound and the gentleman that attended to me was very professional. A pleasant experience overall.

They treated me with kindness, under the circumstances understood that I needed to be seen straight away and when the results came through they rang to let me know straight away. The lady at the Information desk across from Perth Radiology was so beautiful, she helped me into a wheelchair and personally took me down to the main carpark on ground floor.

I had an MRI scan done. It was relatively short notice ( 2 days ). Car park was busy but managed to wrangle a parking spot after about 10min.... The staff were courteous, and my appointment was spot on. The radiographer and assistant were precise with details and were effecient with their efforts. I was in and out in just under 30 min... No worries and no fuss.

I have had many procedures done at this clinic and have never had one that didn’t work, the front room and back room staff are top notch and the doctors doing my injections have always been fantastic. The main thing is that I have always had relief from my pain as intended. Leave a little early as you might have a bit of a wait for a car spot but it’s worth the wait!
