Extremely disappointed and had a terrible experience! Today was the first time I walked into this shop. I found the owner to be rude, abrupt, and impatient, and he has absolutely no idea what Customer Service is all about. I asked about having a ring resized and he became irritated when I began to ask questions. I had never met this guy before and I needed reassurance his workmanship would be guaranteed. I guess he wasn’t happy and became quite aggressive with my questions. Finally, I walked out of his shop by his rudeness and also I felt he wasn’t interested and confident in what he needed to do. The son Gene on the other hand was very polite, helpful, knowledgeable and very accommodating, someone Barry could learn from.

Very bad customers service ! Changed battery in my watch ,then it started leaking water, owner refused to fix , he kept saying fixed watches for over 50 years he doesn't make mistakes !!
