We have had a really good experience with Jools at Wonderpaws! She is amazing at what she does and had an amazing understanding and connection to our furbaby. She is very professional yet so down to earth and we had such a lovely time with her over our 7 weeks with her - it was hard to let her go!!!

From our first session with Jools we saw a HUGE improvement in our dog Louis. We struggled with boundaries in the kitchen and within 30 mins he was staying out of the kitchen and even allowing food to be dropped on the floor! We could see that Jools had a wealth of knowledge and from there we decided to sign up to her program to continue to make our lives easier with Louis. We have gone from having to hold onto him and him jumping on people when they come in, to him staying on his ‘place’ bed and allowing others to come into the house. A massive achievement for this 7 year old dog! We worked on so many things in our sessions with Jools, from loose lead walking and reacting to other dogs, to not barking at dogs and animals on the TV!If you’ve been trying to find someone who will listen, help and encourage you and ultimately make your life easier with your dog, then Jools is the trainer for you! We can’t thank her enough for the tools she has given us!

Jools has really helped us with our puppy Archie. Teaching us the techniques needed to develop an excitable pup into a well trained pooch! We are now building on the skills developed. I’m so glad we got Jools to assist us with how to manage our 8 month old puppy’s reactivity. We really enjoyed our training sessions and have come away with so much confidence and now feel empowered how to manage our little dogs undesirable behaviours. We’ve actually engaged Jools to help with our boys on two seperate occasions. The first time was when our boys were little puppies to learn the basics and set a good foundation and again for more advance training once they were a bit older. We can’t speak highly enough of Jools, she is supportive and so so knowledgeable. She genuinely loves what she does and my boys were instantly drawn to her. She doesn’t take a stock standard approach, she genuinely assesses what your dog needs and takes into account their individual personalities, traits and quirks to get the best results. Jools is a warm and knowledgeable trainer who helped us to grow in confidence with our rescue LuLu.
