Expert Appliance Repairs

Poor customer service and untrustworthy.Called for a blanco dishwasher issue (constantly turned on/off hence cut wash cycles mid-wash), he came out to inspect ($110 just for the call-out), then I had to follow up 3 times over the following week for a follow up response. Then I get a text with a $450 quote to replace the on/off switch; no call, no discussion, no options, no advice to buy a new one (effectively the same cost as his poor service + on/off switch!).Avoid at all costs. I have receipt + texts as evidence, which I’ll be sharing with Consumer Affairs Victoria

These people say we are fix everything. But when they came . They just saw repair things and say to the client. We need to order the parts and come back and they charged $110 for call out and after that no response, not answering the client phones. They are unprofessional. They don’t know anything how to fix the appliances because I rang the the appliance company. I sent the photos of appliance. They said no need to fix it. It’s just a switch problems. They guide me and I fixed myself. The expert people totally rip of the customers especially the guy named Ash lie to the customers. Unbelievable. Don’t recommend anyone. Please don’t use them. Hire a good people. Not them.

I have recently called this guy to fix my washing machine. Amit has never advised me call out fees. I was angry bcs he never advised the fees. He started swearing me on the phone. You can't believe what type of words he used on the phone. He was aggressive, rude, e respectful person. Beware of this scammer in the area!!!! I am planning to make an official complaint against company!!

Rang them for fixing my dishwasher.. the guy named Ash come to fix my dishwasher.. he is such a nice person. Fixed the issue on spot.. recommend their service… will definitely use them again.. thanks Ash once again.. you are such a legend..

Amit came on time to fix one of my burners and said he would order parts for the second burner that also needed repair. He called back when he promised he would and came promptly to repair my second burner. Highly recommend.

Amit was very good came out the next day and repaired our oven same day excellent service highly recommended

My LG dishwasher showed an error so I called the LG service centre. They were not helpful and only were interested in booking a call out with a sub contractor. I called a few other business but they were unable to assist.I called Expert Appliances Repairs and spoke with Amit. He listened to the issue and guided me on the phone and helped me troubleshoot the problem and eventually fix it. I appreciate Amit for his advice as it saved me time and a possible replacement of the dishwasher. I would recommend this business to anyone needing repairs to the appliances.

I found Amit very reliable & trustworthy, I will definitely not hesitate to use him again for future works.
