The staff and admin team at Head 2 Toe health are absolutely incredible! We’re always treated so warmly and the therapists really go above and beyond !!We’re seeing a speech, ot and psychologist and we couldn’t be happier that we get to attend all 3 under the same roof!My Mr 4 year old loves coming every week and gets excited when it’s a Monday because he knows he is coming here!!

I have been with this service for one full year now. It has honestly been a great experience for myself and my child. My child is with Shannon for Speech Therapy and Taryn for Occupational Therapy. They are both fabulous in every way possible and have loads of experience between them. They are great with my child and ALWAYS take the time to talk to me about my concerns, being in person or via email when I choose to communicate in writing (which often helps me and my busy schedule). They are very professional and will provide you with everything you need, as they are a one stop shop, and also have a high level experience in their fields. Their facilities are just amazing too. They have ample space and multiple rooms to accommodate many children at this centre. Everyone is very friendly and the level of communication is top notch! They have free onsite parking and I can always find a spot right in front of the centre, which is extremely convenient. I highly recommend this place.

It is an absolutely one stop service. I can get anything I want there, speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychologist... They are all professional, lovely and patient, which is absolutely what I need. Thank you very much.

We’ve only just started at Head 2 Toe for psychology and OT for our 4 year old and are just amazed by this place - the “gyms” used for therapy are so fabulous that my 4 year old asks regularly when he is going back and it’s hard to get him to leave! The premises are impeccable (modern, clean, colourful but not over-stimulating) and the staff we have dealt with so far are all outstanding. Yes, there is a waitlist for a couple of months however it is well worth the wait. Special mention to the ladies who are at the front desk - you are such warm, welcoming, happy faces and so helpful - they really set a beautiful standard for the 5 star service of Head 2 Toe. Thank you!

My daughter uses OT services at the facilities. Jocelyn is amazing with my Daughter. Also, the facilities are great and the staff super friendly. Would highly recommend it.

Saw them for 6 months. We went from a non-verbal kid to one that doesn't stop talking. Gym is great too. A ++.

I like the therapists. They are all professional and helpful.I don’t like how the business is run though. It’s a real cash grab. Self managed Ndis and being charged an admin fee as they were being audited? How is that fair. The information they sent me to review was all incorrect which I told them (“oh well it doesn’t matter”) I couldn’t sign it off anyway as the info wasn’t correct so I’m not sure how that helped with their audit.The receptionist staff are incredibly disorganized too. Emailed so many times for my child to do group programs before the closing date to not hear back.After setting up each child’s account to a different bank account I’d still have to prompt them every week having to tell the receptionist which account to take funds from etc so my accounts won’t be overdrawn.Hearing the receptionist talk loudly between each other about other clients using their full names / diagnosis / issues and therefore breaking confidentiality.In the end I left, which is a shame as I had no issue with the therapist but the way the business is run makes it too difficult to bother staying.There’s plenty of other businesses doing the “right” thing.
