We had such a great experience from start to finish with Harcourts Pilgrim.After finding out we needed to move back to Adelaide for my work, we were desperately trying to find a property for our family to move into. Given the service we received from some other agencies, this could easily have become a drawn-out, difficult process.Thankfully, we crossed paths with Phil Ouslinis whose customer service was exemplary. He commutated regularly and clearly through the whole process (often after hours and on weekends) even if that contact was a simple text to update us as to where things were at and when we could expect an outcome.Importantly, he just came across a really kind, genuine guy who works really hard for both parties (landlord & tenant) to achieve the best outcome. Phil also took the time to visit the property after hours to give us a comprehensive (16 minute!) FaceTime walkthrough of the house, which - given we live interstate - was very helpful in making us comfortable that the property was right for us.Thanks Phil & the team at Harcourts Pilgrim.

Great job, totally achieve my goals

Harcourt Pilgrim One the most incompetent, layer, company I came across in my life. Project in Days Road Regency Park been sold to me back in March 2021. They advise me the land will be available in August 2021. I sing contract, paid Deposit, The deposit for the land is sleeping in Harcourt Pilgrim trust Account since March 2021. Then they told us land be ready, September, then October, then November, then December, then Mid January, 2022, then February, then March then April, 2022 then Land still not ready. Lastly in this big project only 4 people working 3 of them talking and one is working. The way it goes I thing it will tack months, months to finish the job let us get in and do our work. Sending email not responding, can not gave me the date to do soil test. This company took a lots of money for the land.But still can not do the job. One of the worse company ever ever I come across. Harcourt Pilgrim licence should be cancelled and they are not a real-estate agent. They do not know what they are doing, Sick and tired of send them email but falling off to deaf Air

Leon͏ and Team at Harcourts Pilgrim/Yuan have done it again!Leon and his professional support crew have sold yet another property for us - again with the least amount of fuss whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. They certainly know the market really well. I believe we achieved a record sales figure for this investment property that we just sold. We can’t thank them enough. Highly recommended with no reservations!
