Went here for the first time today and was so impressed with the service and level of care. I’ve tried my fair share of salons and feel this one was up there. The ladies are lovely to chat to and followed my request of not using drills (which takes longer and a lot of salons refuse) but they were more than happy to do it and carefully shaped and painted my nails. Will definitely be coming back for refills.

I'm a regular of their eyebrow threading service, very satisfied every time I go. I've also done shellac/gel nails done with them with no extra cost of choosing extra colours. Not had any issues so far. They're always friendly and professional.

They do a good job at moderate prices, without the frills of a fancy parlour. It's great service and I can endorse the hygiene as a regular. I wish they did some Groupons or combo offers but whenever I go it's always full and definitely a wait without an appointment so I guess they have no reason to run offers.

Worst set of acrylics I have ever had. They are uneven, chunky and poorly painted. I was cut during application, then the cut filed into further - none of the equipment was cleaned after coming into contact with blood. Did not offer any discount for this ordeal and blamed me for having sensitive fingers" I now have to pay to have them completely fixed elsewhere."

I did my eyelash extension yesterday hoping that it could be better than my previous experience in another salon.It was quite the opposite: told classic lashes but it looks as if done by unprofessional. I had to request her to add few lashes in the inner corner as both lashes were looking different and now the added lashes are falling. This salon may be good for nails but I don’t recommend it for eyelash extension.Its waste of money.Totally disappointed with the outcome.

I had my nails done here a few weeks ago, I had SNS for the first time and my nails looked so good. They did good job and can’t wait to go back to get SNS and toes done after I have my baby!
