Genius Childcare Hamilton Hill

A wonderful 'all round' childcare center you can trust.Equip with all the bibs, bed sheets, painting robes and delicious food! What more could you want?All of the educators are friendly and most importantly, great with the kids. Helping them learn early skills and capturing them on the ipads for your viewing at the end of the day. AMAZING! :)

My experience with Genius childcare has been outstanding. The educators have always made as feel informed about how our kids are and have been going the centre is always clean and your are made to feel welcome. Thank you for making the transition easy

I have 3 children who attend 5 days a week. These bookings range from long day care to Before school and after school care and vacation care.The educators in the rooms provide a high range of experiences for the children and the curriculum they provide for my 3 year old gives my daughter the opportunity to learn a range of all different skills. They have great resources and amazing facilities throughout the entire service. The vacation care is a great opportunity for my oldest daughter to get out the in the community. She was able to visit the zoo, the local library, national parks with great wild life and cahuna koala park!The staff at genius are all welcoming and the environment each morning is warm, welcoming and friendly. New management has taken over and Bianca has been very accommodating and understanding with all aspects of our families needs whilst keeping a high level of professionalism. I highly recommend taking the time to go down for a tour if you are looking for a great service this is the one!

We shopped around for a while until we luckily had a look at Genius Hamilton Hill and were so impressed by the staff, the building and the things inside to learn on and play with.The staff go way beyond expectation and their attention and care is second to none.We are constantly blown away by the thoughtful and informative updates we get on our son during the day on the app, along with images and feedback.Also the thought that goes into the activities that the staff create to make every day there a fun and learning experience.We always feel like our boy is in good hands when dropped off to a warm welcome and cuddles. he barely notices us leave!The nutritious food they prepare is also excellent. I think the kids eat better than we do! ;)10/10 to you! We are so thankful!

My little person has been going for over a year and loves her daycare days.I know when I pick her up she will have toddler tales to tell about the best parts of her day (there are quite a few usually...yummy food, play time, music time etc).The staff are amazing, and so supportive of her, whatever stage of her development she is in.

Previously I would have rated the Genius Hamilton Hill centre, the manager and her team 5 stars. Everyone who worked here in the last 5 years have been incredibly supportive and accommodating. Both of my kids go to the centre regularly for day care, vacation care and now after school care. The centre is welcoming, modern and activities and teachers are so entertaining and valuable for the kids. I used to highly recommend Genius, however with new management finding ways to support the parents and families are less important than the limitations of procedures. I am deeply disappointed.

Poor staff retention over the last 2years, poor communication between management and headoffice in the Eastern states. Things happen quickly when they want but not so much when your trying to get answers. You can definitely tell that it's not WA owned. The facilities are modern and nice, but Alas too many issues have cropped up that should never have happened. Will not be returning my children here

My Kids Love coming to this Child Care center. I get great feedback on how the kids days have been from the staff every afternoon when picking them up. They love the food the kitchen prepares for them. and the place is always so clean, organized and tidy.
