I cannot speak highly enough of Mark and his team who recently installed our ducted air-conditioning! Such a respectful crew of young professionals who arrived on time, showed respect for our home, myself and my work space throughout the entire install, shared any necessary installation information, provided after install advice and tidied up after themselves (unheard of for trades!). Something I was expecting to be intrusive, noisy and messy was anything but that! Thank you Airserve!

Mark and James were extremely friendly and punctual to the minute from the time arranged for our smart controller install. Very patient with explaining the system and thorough on testing everything after the install as well (also checked over the whole system to make sure it was working fine too). Mustapha was also excellent to work with for determining the configuration/timeline. Overall excellent experience and would happily work with them again in the future.

Fantastic service and communication from start to finish. Highly recommend Airserve for your air conditioning requirements. Great Price Too! Great bunch of guys, where nothing was too difficult, friendly and helpful throughout installation. Wasn't the easiest of ducted a/c installs but Airserve took on the task and completed the job perfectly.

We were really impressed with Airserve's customer service. Lots of contact, turned up on time and turned around quote/ questions really quickly.We are happy with the quality of the job as well. Airserve have good advice on which air con to choose and worked hard to make sure we could get ducted into all rooms, even the tricky areas.Overall great experience.

I used Airserve to install a ducted system and was met with great service and a great product. Mark had plenty of time to show me around the house and point out where components will be placed and took the time to explain how it all works. Mustafa responded to all my queries promptly and made the whole process very easy. The boys did an excellent job on the day with minimal disruption and cleaned up afterwards. I was shown in great detail how to use the system efficiently. The family is loving the new system. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended. Their customer service is fantastic and from the very first phone contact with them they were polite and professional. They were able to come out and have a look at our old unit very quickly and were then emailed a quote with a number of options for us to choose from. Once we made our decision, they booked us in quickly and the installation of our new unit was done in a timely manner. Employees were very professional and considerate. They cleaned up on completion of their work. We have used our new system for the past few weeks with no issues at all. We have already recommended this business to our family and friends.
