My product had issues with it, so I came in-store and shown them the issues. The guy was really helpful with my warranty. I did inform him that if he was not able to get it working I will upgrade. Product was faulty and I upgraded my system.He helped me pick each component that will work together with each other. Really rate these guys. PS wasn't cheap though but happy with the service.

Extremely disappointed.Bought an MSI laptop from Umart on Boxing Day 2021. The laptop kept crushing with a BSOD error, asked for help to customers support through the MSI website. I sent the laptop three times and they kept saying that there was no issue with it.I had to go personally to MSI get them to assess the laptop while I was there, finally they found what was causing the problem and gave me a “new one” which I had to pick up personally from West Ryde.After picking up the second laptop the same mistake started to happen after a couple of months of use, I sent it back to Umart, they sent it to MSI for another’s assessment and had to go back to west Ryde to pick up the laptop again.They sent it back as “not faulty” again but this time MSI sent it back without the protective material for both the outside of the laptop and the cloth that goes in between the screen and the keyboard. Not a big issue so I decided to dismiss it. However, the BSOD error kept happening.I sent the laptop back for another assessment and when I came back surrendered to pick up the laptop from the store to take it home it came back from MSI with a dent on it.Outrageous outcome, not a single solution to my problem, the product keeps coming back in a worst condition than before, it’s still faulty and they are not even willing to give me a full refund or a functioning laptop.Both Umart and MSI are an absolute disaster.

Quick click and collect service, great phone staff and in store customer service! Bought a few pc parts and had an issue with some RAM, took the faulty kit back to the store and was given a replacement on the spot promptly. Will definitely be a returning customer :)

Placed an order in the morning for an item that said it can be picked up within 1 to 2 hours. Nearly 4 hours later (and 10 minutes before they close), I get the email that my order is ready to be picked up. What a joke.

Do not purchase from Umart.Should the product you purchase go faulty within the products warranty period, they will not uphold their responsibilities under consumer laws to repair, replace or refund. Instead, they will claim that it is the manufacturers' responsibility, blame them and point the finger at the manufacturer. They do not understand that they're responsible for settling problems with products/services between the consumer and retailer.What makes this worse is that they fail to provide the manufacturer with all of the information from the consumer, and the process is extremely long. In my case, my monitor has been confirmed as faulty, it has now taken over one month to be repaired. I have asked Umart for a refund because I have struggled to work without my monitor for over a month and I think one month is reasonable. They keep just saying the manufacturer is the one that decides if the product has a major or minor fault to consumer laws and keep quoting that it is a minor problem because it can be repaired". I've pointed out that this isn't the definition of a minor/major problem and have provided them with the definition of a major problem from the ACCC website along with my explanation as to why it fits that definition
