Undercover parking means you can come here when it's raining & Big W is always an alternative for cheaper grocery items (at times). Sushi & the beef buns outside Woolies are great! Also try Kanz Man for something deliciously different!

The man at the service desk was amazing and helped me out. However the lady at the door was rude when I was exiting. Wanting me to go paperless and then going mad cause the email hadn’t sent yet. Rude and snotty when I had to call mum cause of using her rewards card. I do not recommend putting her at the door cause otherwise I will not be returning.

Click and collect here is a joke. Google says the store closes at 6, but they apparently close the store at 5.30. Big w website allows us to select the time slot till 6pm. I have been waiting in the collection bay for 20 min after updating the status in the app and no one turned up. This is the second time this has happened and no one picks up the telephone either.

First time using your online service very disappointed. It say on your website there is stock then the next day it is cancelled I’m guessing due to no stock.

Goods are very basic and I cannot confirm or deny that they are made overseas. I found them inexpensive but their use will not last. Limited stock. Need a regular stock person to keep up supply. (Hello! I'm available) the greeter is always nice at Kuraby.

The store is well laid out, has a great range of products at good prices and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I can also check on line to see what products are in stock.

Need another staff member at the checkout. She is only one person and can only do or be one place at a time. The staff member deserves a pay rise for her professional attention

Served by an older cashier who raised her voice when I asked about the scanned price of product. Told me you wouldn't get this brand for that price requested I take a photo of price tags only to find all stock had been places under the wring tag. Extremely unhelpful and rude.

Has a large variety of clothes for the whole family from socks and undies to everything else I love the shop that much we go there 2-3 times a week we manage to get something different everytime
