Prospect Pool and Spa
Either very forgetful or very apathetic. After visiting in person with parts needed was told i would be contacted when parts were sourced. Followed up myself after 2 or 3 weeks and was told 'oh... hadn't heard from you. Can you send photos of the parts'. I did so and then emailed again to follow up. Again, was told i will be contacted when parts were sourced . This was all a couple of months ago. .. i guess the parts aren't coming!?

Todd and the team were fantastic. They replaced my filter, chlorinator and pump all in one go with no fuss. Very happy with the service provided.

The most amazing service and advice! Really know their stuff and are super helpful and proactive in making sure you understand what you're doing. I used to get my pool stuff from Bunnings but now I'm going here just because their knowledge is incredible and their help is invaluable! Thanks so much!

110% recommend Prospect Pools… the service and workmanship was outstanding. The team were very friendly and easy to work with, they gave me several options to choose from which made the decision making effortless. I loved that I instantly felt I could trust them and wasn’t being ripped off, this is a big plus for me and they certainly lived up to that. Thank you Prospect Pools my pool is now summer ready, with its new blanket and lights.
