A tale of two halves... again.A Wednesday lunchtime is not a peak time for performance in a fringe restaurant for sure. Let's recognise that.Wood oven pizza here is brilliant. Come here for it, super super super well done.But... in terms of the other parts of the menu (base menu - no specials), it was left wanting.For the price you are right to have high expectations....equally considering the exceptional pizza, those expectations extend to other items.Unfortunately they ended up feeling plain... unfinished...lacking some elements and finesse that are needed in a cut throat business.There was nothing 'bad' about any dish, and I mean nothing.But also true that there was nothing to recommend. Most (non pizza), dishes need a rethink, a rebuild and some thought to going into seasonings and flavours that grab.The menu reads well, but... lets see it elevate in reality versus text.Nice people, nice venue, capable of a lot, but either simplify and focus or improve the alternatives.

Wholly Belly is simply sensational. The friendly service, exceptional food and great prices amount to a must-try place if you like to eat out. The chef came and chatted to us, and her enthusiastic approach to tasty food and quality service was obvious. The Chicken Maryland Tray, which at $22 was exceptionally generous for the price, fresh and very tasty.Just revisited a few years later and the menu still represents great value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed breakfast.

Just found this great place. Greeted on arrival. Felt so welcome. Had lovely lunch with freshly made salad. Coffee the best.will be back.

Come here regularly with friends, no one’s ever been disappointed. Friendly staff and fast service.Limited off street parking available, but plenty of free street parking.

Lovely relaxed Sunday morning brunch at Wholly Belly with delicious eggs bene on a fresh in house made bagel. Yummo. So many gluten free options making life so much easier and tastier.

This place is awesome. Their food is to die for. The roast meat wraps are superb. Lamb, Brisket and Pork. I have order their plain pizza bases to make use for pizza nights at home. They are delicious - just like homemade.Fully recommend these guys
