Great barbershop with an awesome atmosphere. Damo was very detail oriented, and was great to chat to. Looking forward to coming back in for my next cut

After so many years of searching and getting the most boring, bland and ugly haircuts from every barber, I stepped out of my comfort zone and went to Empire Barbershop which looked far too young and trendy for someone like me. Thankful I did, because the staff are all amazing, professional, and know what questions to ask to figure out how they could style me when I gave them the very broad something new". I love my hair now

Highly recommend Jonah in this establishment. He cut both of my sons hair and did an amazing job. His got great energy, focus on what you wanted to get done and he does it. Listens very well, great young man to talk too and his a brilliant barber. Definitely come here and see him at Empire if you want to be looked after. Highly recommend Jonah A+++

had the pleasure of letting Damo cut my hair for the second time, and didn’t fail to impress me at all again. He took his time and really made sure everything was done up to a perfect standard, which expressed a passion he has for his clients when cutting their hair. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back for cut 3, absolute quality cut for 35 bucks. Cheers Damo

Relatively new to Melbourne barbers, so finding this joint was an absolute dream. Precise, value for money, and friendly staff are the three customer values that really lift this place above the rest. Most definitely recommend and more specifically Damo. Best in the business.

I had the boss Damien cut my hair, worst experience of my life. At first he was eating his food and didn’t bother to greet me. I sat down and after 10 minutes told me to sit down. There was still some sort of sauce on his hands while he began the fade. Towards the end of the haircut he asked one of his employees to finish the job. They declined and he finished the cut. I came home and it was terrible. Amateur job. Lines all throughout the fade. I’ve heard similar stories from people who have been. Do not go here if you want a good haircut.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the friendly staff. The shop itself had a great ambiance and was spotlessly clean.The barber who cut my hair was not only skilled and attentive, but also very respectful and personable. He took the time to listen to my requests and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. His attention to detail was impressive, and I left the shop feeling refreshed and confident with my new haircut.Overall, I would highly recommend this barbershop to anyone looking for a welcoming and skilled barber. The staff here truly go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied with their services. I look forward to my next visit and can't wait to see what other services this barbershop has to offer.

Always a great experience at Empire with damo & the crew. Got an excellent fade & beard trim/shape from Nathan, who never disappoints!Highly recommend this barber shop, definitely recommend booking in advance as it does get busy during peak hours
