Teresa Huang of Century21 has been a superb property manager for our Westmead rental apartment. She's proactive and efficient, always scheduling regular inspections with loads of photos of property condition; communicates promptly with common sense and insight on any repairs that have been needed; and has done an amazing job with the few open homes and tenant selections we've had to do, including through the turmoil of covid lockdowns. This includes managing our properties, selling our properties, giving his expert opinion while buying a couple of investment properties and giving us market updates from time to time.I found Kevin and his team very efficient, customer-focused and pretty up-to-date with the current market.Their charges are very reasonable and it is worth every dollar spent.I would not consider anyone else for my future real estate requirements.
