After spending time researching suspension manufacturers, I thought I would give the local guy ago, instead of buying online for the best deal. Just wanted to have a face to face conversation about the right set up for one of my vehicles. Went into fulcrum suspension Mackay show room in chain street as a customer. As I walked into the show room 2 fulcrum personnel looked at me then walked through a staff only door into the workshop. With no response to my presence. I found a ticket sales like window with a man inside. I stood in-front of this window for sometime. Even looked into the security camera for a while. Still no recognition. Turned back to the man through the small window. Still no recognition. I waited for a while thinking the personnel who seen me enter the showroom will come back. No luck. My time was up. Shopping online it is.
