I ordered 2 items over a week ago and it still hasn't arrived. I got a call 5 days after I placed the order, recieved conformation to only be told one of the items I ordered was now out of stock. I have had items come from overseas quicker than this. They take ages to dispatch and they charge shipping with basically no return policy.

Beware read their policy before buying. I purchased 4 items and 1 being a toddler board for my pram. Because the order took so long to come my toddler ended walking beside my pram and stopped refusing to walk. I asked if I could return the item and Debbie bluntly told me no but if I wanted to return at my own shipping cost I could get a credit note. I emailed countless of times saying that I wasn’t aware of this and just got ignored until I asked for the shipping address and eventually they replied. I ended up selling the item on Facebook market place luckily for the same price as I would have struggled to get it to the post office with a baby and my toddler. Customer service is poor so if you have a problem with an order good luck trying to contact them. Won’t be ordering again would rather go to a company who is happy to help even if it comes to refunding a product.

After 6 months of waiting for a trundle mattress and false promises, it never arrived and I received a refund. The shop depends on suppliers who apparently do not deliver on their promises. The shop owners were actually very nice and polite about the whole situation but towards the end, the wait became too much and they did not even offer any compensation or an apology discount for future purchases, etc.(I’ve already bought an entire Oeuf kid’s bedroom from them, which cost more than 3,000 dollars).I was very disappointed towards the end.

I bought, GB Pockit+ all city stroller for my 3 year old daughter. I cannot believe how good this company is!! I purchased a travel pram online and was directed to email to check stock levels. The ladies emailed back promptly that the product was in stock so I purchased soon after. Ordered item online only and got confirmation only to be told it is out of stock. When I checked the website again, the item was still available for purchase. Not sure why they have items available for purchase that they don’t have.
