I pay for delivery to my door, normal couriers manage to press my doorbell, yesterday the letter deliverer on motorbike could not manage this with a small delivery! My neighbour advised me he had been. As I am disabled I now have to oganize to collect, there was no phone number on advice card put in letterbox only minutes before I collected it. This is totally unacceptable from a paid service. Be aware AustPost that customers require this paid service for a good reason, thanks for nothing. Bob.

The staff were so friendly and go beyond what they have to. I need to send a document oversea before lockdown, i didnt know what to do at the post office and took a barcode label accidentally, after awhile, the staff ran and chase me all the way to the other end of the Center, just so i can send the document in time. I cant thanks him enough, thank you for the wonderful work. Very appreciated.

Mostly great friendly staff, couple of cold personalities but all helpful and convenient location. Rusty goes above and beyond every visit we see her! Fantastic asset to Auspost Noarlunga.

Unlike Aus post at Hackham, Ive got awesome service here at the colonnades store from Gabrielle! Had absolutely no idea what I was doing but she guided me through patiently. :)

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Gabrielle did a number of passport applications today, including my family (and young children). This process can be tricky and time consuming. Gabrielle was just wonderful - I can't speak highly enough of the service here.

I used to go to the post office nearer to our place, but don't mind now going the extra mile to the one located in the Noarlunga Colonnades. Easy parking and excellent customer service. Staff members like Rusti & Neil (only ones I've met so far), go above and beyond. Thank you.

Post very slowPpl who deliver in my area of hackham are lazy and choose to sit in there vehicals and write out a you have mail come pick it up card rather than get out and deliver in rain happnd on a number of occasions.Long waits to pick up items and tired rude staff upon pick up aswell is not appricated.
