Did an online order recently and had a technical issue when trying to do click and collect for the East Maitland store and Kayla from ASN online who answered my email inquiry was very friendly and helpful and got it sorted.The postage was super fast with plenty of communication that it was on its way.Also spoke to Holly on live chat who was equally as accommodating. And had a few messages through facebook messenger with Eve who was also lovely to deal with.They all had great customer service.It’s good that there’s so many ways to contact and communicate and you know you’re in great hands either way.Great website, very user friendly, great selection of products, competitive prices.I love the super hero shakers!Thanks team !

Had a really good experience here. They reserved some BSC protein for my mum, who couldn't find it elsewhere. Staff were very helpful and considerate. I normally buy my protein online, but I might switch to buying store again after this.

I walked up to the lady working there to ask how much a energy drink is and she said go away I'm busy then got on the phone and was not talking about work related things. Then a dude walked in and she got straight off the phone and served him. I hate that place and I will never come back.
