Building a pool can be a daunting task, but with the help of professional builders, it can be a breeze. I recently had a fiberglass pool built by Acquify and I must say, I am quite impressed with the whole process and the final result.The team of builders were creative and made sure to incorporate all my wants and needs into the final design. They were also very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation to the final touches, they made sure everything was done to my exact specifications.Marcelo made sure all my questions were answered and all concerns addressed. Matt was also amazing and took care of us through the whole process.The fiberglass material used in constructing the pool is very strong and the colour is amazing. I have no doubt that it will last for many years to come.They were very honest with the costs and recommended amazing company’s to help us with the paving, fence and landscaping.Overall, I am thrilled with the end result and I would highly recommend this professional builder to anyone considering building a fiberglass pool. They exceeded my expectations in every way and I look forward to enjoying this beautiful addition to my backyard for years to come.

Horrendous customer experience. They’re communication skills are extremely bad. Non responsive to issues. The product wasn’t what we got and were subsequently told “it’s this or you wait 6 months” and were then offered a tiny discount. They promise so much and the delivery is extremely poor. Constantly being told that “it’s not our fault but we’ve got 100 pools to install” etc etc. I genuinely couldn’t say how frustrating this experience has been. There is also no after market care. No videos of how to use the filter or heater or cleaner etc etc. they simply just don’t care about repeat business. Their mentality seems to just be, get it done and move on. There is also no way of knowing what your excavation costs are. There is no evidence of how many loads are removed so at the end of the excavation we received an invoice for an extra $16k that we were not expecting or had budgeted for. Terrible experience all round.

We're really pleased with the pool and found all of Aquify's people to be really helpful and professional throughout the installation process. We also found the company to be responsive in providing follow up support and assistance. The kids love the pool and it's the perfect size and shape for our yard.
