To be fair the owner arranged an appointment within 24 hours. I wanted an acrylic infill and was quoted $40. I arrived at the appointment time and said I wanted shellac on my nails. I was told they had no lamp but could get one when the 'nail' person said ordinary nail polish would last as long as shellac which I agreed to. It has now been one week and 2 nails have chipped off (something I have never experienced in all the years I have been using shellac). Also my nails look as if I had them done weeks ago as the re-growth is really noticeable, instead of one week and the cuticles look awful. When paying I was asked for $45 & I told them I was quoted $40 which was accepted. This review was done by my wife.
