Total rip-off!Girls have no idea how to massage properly.Charge extra if paying by card.Will try and cut your session short on every occasion.All in all, a complete waste of time!

i have had multiple relaxing massages here over the years and have had a plesant experience every time. With different staff available, you can get a different massage technique every time.. Such a nice shop.

Made a phone call in the noon to book my appointment. Was told to just walk in and I will be serviced once there is available slot. Decided to give it a go after reading the reviews here. Arrived at the shop, was greeted by a lady, told her my friend and I would like to get an hour of oil body massage. Her respond was:1) We can only promise you that we can do 30mins as of now and if there's any new walk in customer comes in, we will have to stop. If there's no new customers, we will continue until finish.Reason given: We don't wanna lose our clients.2) We require cash and if card, there will be extra charges. This was not informed during the phone call and luckily I had cash with me. My poor friend was charged extra $2 without any prior notification for paying by card. Be aware that it might cost you extra $5 than the published price if you pay using card. Payment were collected prior to the session.After an unpleasant introduction, my friend and I decided to just go for a 30mins session. We were in the room next to each other. My room door was not shut properly and I had to request her to do so (well, she should know that she needs to protect customer's privacy). Before the massage started, I was just curious (in case I wanna come again next time) and asked her is it always busy at your shop during weekdays?" and her reply was "hmmm..I can't answer you that". I was totally turned off by her answer and decided to just keep quiet. She began massaging a bit rough on me and I was just trying to adjust myself to it. At one point roughly about 10 mins after

This is the beat massage shop in Perth.. the Staff are very friendly and caring. The shop is one of the cleanest and tidiest. The best thing is they have amazing massage and always looked after me. Will come back again! Highly recommended!

No wonder it's quiet there...one star is one too many. Seen afew and this is by far the worst I've been to.

Only giving one star because I wouldn't be able to review otherwise.Didn't even get to the massage bit before we had enough reasons to demand a refund.The manager of this place was unfriendly and abrupt. She shoved us into our rooms without any instructions. When she came back 5 mins later to tell us how much and ask how we'd be paying (again, abruptly) I asked if I should undress and get on the bed to which she grunted a sound and nodded. 2 mins later she comes in with an eftpos machine and made me pay in my undies! I expressed discomfort at this, she made no apologies but just ploughed on with the uncomfortable transaction. Returning my mostly naked, slightly more stressed, body to the bed, it was another 5-6 mins before my masseuse came in. I asked her if the trashy high energy pop music could be replaced with something relaxing and she said yes, but continued applying the oil. Giving up on any ambience I set my mind to just block it out and try to enjoy the massage. Meanwhile my partner was dealing with his masseuse being ON THE PHONE in his room. He hadn't even made it to the oiling bit yet! No sooner had the thought of just putting up with this abrasive lack of ambience entered my head, then the manager started clumping up and down the hallway, talking very loudly - on speakerphone! That was that. We both protested their misrepresentation of a relaxation massage and got dressed, demanding a refund.Man, I just wanted to pay for an hour of a soothing, relaxing massage. I've felt more relaxed at a bus station.Fire this manager. She is killing your business.

Very professional the rooms are a little cool in winter, large range of massage techniques and cheap too...

Had the worst experience I have ever had.Manager was so rude from the beginning and the masseuse who was giving me massage was suddenly replaced in the middle of service with no notice. She was replaced by another masseuse.The new masseuse started arguing with the manager on the other side of the wall. I guess she is her relative or something. I could not even feel relaxed and obviously she didn’t know how to massage. I didn’t think she was professional masseuse. I will never come back again. Such a waste on money and time.I was almost going to ask refund....
