Exceptional. This is the only word that comes to mind when I tell anyone about the team at Ascend. I have been treated by Bryony and Lachlan for 2 different injuries and I cannot recommend them enough. If you want the best team of physios and massage therapists in perth to get you back on track (or in my case, standing up) then you would be crazy not to give them a call. You will not be disappointed

Peter is a magician. Myself (Filip) and my younger Stefan, we both have participating in high level state and national events. Peter down to earth persona, and his straightforward non complicated teachings, is next to none. He has helped me the most to strength important areas, thus helping in the long run to improve my gains in training. As well as most importantly injury prevention.

The best physio and deep tissue massage in Perth!I've been through 4 physios before going with Peter / ASCEND. We have been seeing Peter for around 14 months now. Our son had a likely torn tendon diagnosed in his shoulder at age 14. As a competitive swimmer with big dreams this was delivery of a worst nightmare. Over the past 14 months Peter has been an integral and essential part of building the swimmer, both mentally and physically. I can assure you - there is SO much mental needed to recover from this sort of injury in the competitive swimmer. Our son is now back in the game and preparing to swim competitively again, supported by regular check-ins. If you want concrete healing and a physio that understands the psyche of a competitor, Peter is your man. We feel incredibly blessed to have found him.

Been to lots and lots of physios for more than just a sore back. The team at ascend are more thorough and knowledgeable then any I've come across. They have different physios that specialise in different areas of the body and deal with athletes so they are used to seeing stuff that other physios haven't. They also have a sports physician that is amazing. In case your injury is in need of more than physio and rehab. Totally recommend and endorse.
