Parked in allocated waiting area as signed and attended to promptly by yard operator. No problems with pickup as I had a paper printout as directed.

Overall was good, Communicated well, sent Delivery Orders on time however Office was chaotic on collection, staff was really helpful though. The systems in place a bit difficult to understand first time.

Freight forwarder transaction was fine, pickup was fine, staff were fine,They didn't do customs brokage, they recommend another freight forwarder, who charged me more than what xli charged, should have done my homework, but I was pressured to make a quick decision, if this happens to you, shop around fees for customs broker should be around $100 not $500!!!+ Gst If applicable!Pickup was fine (early)Everything went well and I was well informed!

Waited over an hour to unload 1 pallet, sat out on the road for most of that time, asked the Forkie a probable unload time so I can call my customer, got told to get back in my truck and wait, you will know how long when we call you in..Told my customer to never use them again as we charge waiting time!!!

What a shemozzle, why have such a specific booking time if it cannot be remotely close to it, over an hour in the queue this morning for a way overpriced service! Dont wast your time with them, find someone else that is more professional
