Scott, Nat and the team at Electric Confetti not only produce incredible work but are a delight to work with - they go above and beyond. We are incredibly grateful to have met them and worked with them on several projects.You won't meet a creative team who are so efficient, communicative, within budget, helpful and all while producing stunning work for events as well as brands. They are constantly exceeding expectations and wowing clients and consumers!! There is no comparison.

A huge thanks to the EC team for making this surprise birthday gift for my husband.Charlotte was great. I showed her a rough idea of what I was thinking and some font styles I liked.She came up with some ideas for me and was patient as I changed my mind on a few things.The end result was incredible and the size we ended up choosing was perfect.The lights were easy to install and love the fact they are on a dimmer.Thank you so much!!!!!! My husband loves this inspiration wall we created for him.

i absolutely adore my sunrise neon from electric confetti!!! it adds such character to my room and always puts me in a good mood when i see it.i ordered online and it was shipped out quickly and very securely packaged as well. would recommend electric confetti to anyone for their high-quality neon signs!!!

I hired lights for an expo and arranged for delivery to and from Brisbane. Once unpackaged prior to the start of the expo, one light did not have a cable and so was unusable. They are refusing to refund this. The lights that were usable were perfect for what I need them for and they received a lot of attention at the expo, and were good quality hence the stars I have given.Electric confetti asked me when would suit for courier pick up post expo and I gave them a date and stated morning. On the Monday they were due to be picked up I attempted to contact the company at least 6 times throughout the day including first thing in the morning to confirm the pick up time and had extreme issues reaching them. They did not book the courier pick up and so I had to arrange for friends to look after the lights for me til courier was arranged, as I was due to fly out of Brisbane to head home. I was not able to reach them until 2 hours before I was due to leave Brisbane. It made a lot of issues on my end and was extremely stressful to find someone to baby sit the lights with 2 hours notice, but I wanted to ensure the lights returned to them as soon as possible.Electric Confetti have stated that because they paid extra delivery costs (for an issue of their own cause) they will not refund the cost for the unusable sign.They stated that the courier windows were always going to be very flexible, which was never disclosed to me at any point in time. If I had known this I would never have booked their lights to use as I cannot indefinitely stay in a city pending their transport, this is unreasonable to expect of any interstate person.They also stated that another reason why they would not refund the money is because they gave me a discount to fit my budget - I have never heard of a refund requirement being mitigated by a discount, particularly when at the discretion of the company.In general the communication has been atrocious, with myself having to send multiple emails and make multiple phone calls to chase the company for as much as 3 weeks at a time on multiple instances.The lights themselves were beautiful so if you are using this company to purchase lights I'm sure you will be happy with your product, although you may need to hound them to receive replies and responses. They seem to not be able to take responsibility for their own shortcomings though, particularly when it comes to the extreme communication issues that continued to crop up over time, and considering my purchase with them was $1800 I was left with a very bitter taste in my mouth with the treatment of the situation.I did place a report with the ACCC as businesses are required to refund if they do not provide a service or if a product is faulty or unusable, and at this point in time they still refuse to do this.I wish my experience had been more positive.

Our Brisbane-based business worked with the Electric Confetti team online to produce a custom neon sign based on our logo. We LOVE it. It hangs in our offices near the river and we take it to events. Thanks Clara, and the Electric Confetti team. We five stars recommend.

From the start to finish, the whole experience with Electric Confetti has been amazing. It's really nice to receive an email with an update, the packaging that didn't create unnecessary waste yet keeping the product safe and little details that came with the product - so thoughtful! I was delighted when I lighted up the sign. It is just perfect✨️
